Chandler SEPAC Board Member Opportunities: Monthly meetings held on the last Tuesday of the month from 7:00- 8:00 pm to present to Executive Board.

 

  • Marketing Specialist: This Chairperson will work closely with our Fundraising Specialist and Webmaster to develop marketing promotions for SEPAC events. Must have graphic design knowledge. (average 2 hours a week)

 

  • Media Specialist/Influencer: This Chairperson will work with a small team of social media engagers. Together, you will monitor SEPAC social media, research and provide meaningful SEPAC approved media to educate and provide pertinent information for our members, engage in discussions, point members to resources, and use SEPAC as an influence in our community to promote our narrative and mission. This role also will look to promote SEPAC in other social media outlets, with marketing and recruitment in mind. This role requires daily monitoring of all SEPAC social media outlets, as well as being an administrator on the SEPAC Facebook group (4 hours a week).

 

Chandler SEPAC Executive Board Member Opportunity: Monthly meetings help on the last Tuesday of the month from 6:00-8:00 pm.

  • Treasurer: Treasurer accounts for all funds for SEPAC; expenses and donations. Is responsible for creating and managing the SEPAC budget. Must manage bank account, monitor SEPAC debit transactions, receive donations and provide receipts. This person must distribute funds when needed, submit tax information to IRS and/or accountant. Must work with Fundraising Specialist to oversee funds received. Will also work with the Webmaster to create an online donation process (3 hours a week).
